WHY BUYERS CHOOSE THIS:

A closer look at copper view

Copper View is built on the Splendor Series — Pulte's "detached cottage" line within Fireside, which means you get a single-family home with courtyard and backyard living, but with a smaller footprint and a maintenance profile closer to attached product. Homes range from 1,903 to 3,566 square feet across both single-story and two-story plans, with 2–3 car garages and 3–5 bedrooms.

The Splendor Series is also offered in Saguaro Valley and Sunset Canyon, so Copper View buyers often cross-shop those two subs. The main differentiator comes down to street feel and lot position — something worth walking before you decide.

IS THIS COMMUNITY RIGHT FOR YOU?

Who This Is For — and Who It Isn't

Copper View works well for buyers who want to be in Fireside but prefer a smaller lot to manage — couples, smaller families, or buyers stepping down from a larger home who still want detached living. The Splendor Series single-story plans are particularly popular with buyers who don't want stairs long-term.

It's not ideal if
you need 4,000+ sq ft or a 3-car garage as a baseline — for that, Amber Crest or Crimson Point is the better starting point. And like all Fireside subs, it's not gated.
