Sky Crossing Builders

Sky Crossing was built by two national builders, Taylor Morrison and Pulte Homes. Pulte also built Astarea at Sky Crossing, the community's gated section. Taylor Morrison's Sky Crossing Passage Collection and Pulte's Astarea are both now listed as sold out, so most homes on the market are resales. When you compare homes, ask which builder and which parcel a home is in. Floor plans, lot sizes and comps differ across the community.

Sky Crossing HOA Fees

Sky Crossing Community Association is professionally managed by CCMC. According to the association's published assessment page:

  • Every Sky Crossing home: master assessment of $157 per month
  • Homes in gated Astarea: an additional benefited assessment of $200 per month

Boards set assessments each year. Confirm the current amounts, and any transfer fees, in the resale disclosure for the specific home.

Sky Crossing Amenities

  • Community Center (22211 N. 32nd Street). A fully equipped fitness center and a beach-entry pool with water features, bubblers and shallow areas for young children. Fitness center and pool hours are 4:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. daily.
  • Gathering spaces. The Sky Room lounge with a fireplace, the Star Room for fitness classes and private events, a conference room, and an event lawn with a fire pit and covered ping-pong and foosball.
  • Sky Park. Play equipment, a basketball court, a turf area and a rentable covered pavilion, across from the Community Center.
  • Astarea Pool and Pavilion. A separate amenity area for residents of the gated Astarea section.

The Community Center is for residents and their guests only. Residents need an ID card to get in.
