WHY BUYERS CHOOSE THIS

A closer look at crimson point

If square footage is the priority, Crimson Point is where Fireside tops out. Built on the Majesty Series — Pulte's highest-end line in the community — homes here run from 3,404 to 4,301 square feet, exclusively two-story, with 4–6 bedrooms, 3.5–4.5 bathrooms, and 4-car garages. The Majesty Series is only offered in Crimson Point, which means if you're looking for this scale of home within Fireside, this is the only sub to consider. Crimson Point borders Deer Valley Road on the north edge of Fireside.

IS THIS COMMUNITY RIGHT FOR YOU?

Who This Is For — and Who It Isn't

Crimson Point is for buyers who need genuine large-family space — 5+ bedrooms, a 4-car garage, and room to host. It's the closest thing Fireside has to an estate-scale product, and the Majesty Series floor plans are the most architecturally ambitious in the community. Buyers cross-shopping Crimson Point are often also looking at Sanctuary at Desert Ridge or larger lots in Aviano.

The trade-off
is that the Deer Valley Road proximity means some lots have more traffic noise than interior Fireside streets — something to assess on a tour. And like all Fireside subs, there's no gate.
