More About Sierra Park at Fireside

Sierra Park is one of the eight villages inside Fireside at Desert Ridge, and it is the place many buyers start when they want Fireside's amenities at an entry-level Fireside price. Homes here are compact, efficient single-family houses on low-maintenance lots, and owners get full use of the Fireside Community Center.

Builder and When It Was Built

Fireside was planned by Del Webb and built by Pulte Homes (Del Webb is now part of Pulte). Sierra Park homes went up between about 2007 and 2009, making it one of Fireside's earlier phases. That means most homes are now 15+ years old. Original water heaters, HVAC units and roofs are worth checking during inspection.

Sierra Park homes run from about 1,444 to 1,875 square feet. Popular plans include:
