Scarlet Ridge is one of Fireside's later phases. It offers right-sized single-family homes that are a few years newer than similar homes elsewhere in Fireside at Desert Ridge. Buyers who like Sierra Park's floor plans but want a slightly younger home often end up comparing the two.
A Later Fireside Phase
Pulte Homes built Scarlet Ridge between about 2010 and 2012, after the housing downturn, when Fireside's build-out resumed. Its homes are about three years newer than Sierra Park's 2007–2009 builds. That can matter for roofs, HVAC systems and the age of finishes when you are pricing a home or planning updates.
Homes and Floor Plans
Homes run about 1,444 to 1,875 square feet, mostly 3 bedrooms and 2 to 2.5 baths. The Copper plan, about 1,654 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, is one of the most common: about 20 Copper homes have resold in Scarlet Ridge. Lots are small and easy to care for, so most owners use the Fireside pools and parks instead of keeping a big backyard.

When we checked, active Scarlet Ridge listings were asking about $495,000 to $605,000, and Homes by Marco showed an average list price near $544,000. Fireside's 12,000 sq ft community center at 3775 E Lone Cactus Dr is the center of daily life, with resort and lap pools, spas, a splash pad, fitness center, sauna, playgrounds, and lighted tennis, basketball and pickleball courts. Desert Ridge Marketplace, High Street, Mayo Clinic Hospital and the Loop 101 / SR 51 interchange are all a short drive away.
Schools
Scarlet Ridge is in PVUSD. Fireside's assigned schools on the 2024–25 boundary map are Fireside Elementary, Explorer Middle and Pinnacle High. Homes along E Expedition Way are zoned to Wildfire Elementary, so check Scarlet Ridge addresses individually.
